Correct Answer: (3)
Solution: (3)
Let the C.P. of blazer and the tie be $11 x$ and $4 x$ respectively.
Then $25 \%$ profit on total $15 x-$ $20 \%$ profit on Blazer $(11 x)=$ Total profit on tie
$\frac{25}{100} \times 15 x-\frac{20}{100} \times 11 x=310$
$\Rightarrow \frac{15}{4} x-\frac{11}{5} x=310$
$\Rightarrow 75 x-44 x=6200$
$\Rightarrow 31 x=6200$
$11 x=11 \times 200=2200$
$\therefore$ C.P. of blazer $= \text{₹} 2200$
