Number of numbers from 1 to 300 divisible by $3=100$
Number of numbers divisible by $7=42$
Number of numbers divisible by 3 and $7=14$
$\therefore$ Favourable outcomes $=100+42-14=128$
$\therefore$ Required probability $=\frac{128}{300}=\frac{32}{75}$
