There are total 13 people, If a particular woman is to be included, so now 12 people are left to be chosen from and 3 members are to be chosen.
$\therefore$ Total number of ways $=$ selection of 3 members out of 12 persons $={ }^{12} C_{3}$ $=\frac{12 \times 11 \times 10}{3 \times 2 \times 1}=220$
