The divisibility of 4 depends on only the last two digit number and the first four digits can be any possibilities.

The first four places can be filled in $6 \times 6 \times 6 \times 6=1296$ ways

For the last two digits Possibility of two number combinations $=$ $12,16,24,32,36,52,56$ and 64 i.e. 8

So, total number of ways $=1296 \times 8=10368$
