Correct Answer: (3)
Solution: (3)
Side of a square $=\frac{\text { Perimeter }}{4}$ $=\frac{56}{4}=14 cm$
$\therefore$ Smallest side of the right angled triangle $=14-8=6$ cm.
Length of rectangle $=\frac{\text { Area }}{\text { Breadth }}$ $=\frac{96}{8}=12 cm$
$\therefore$ Second side of the triangle $=12-4=8 cm$
$\therefore$ Hypotenuse of the right angled triangle $=\sqrt{6^{2}+8^{2}} =\sqrt{36+64}$
$=\sqrt{100}=10 cm$
