Solution: (5) I. $10 x^{2}+11 x+1=0$
$\Rightarrow 10 x^{2}+10 x+x+1=0$
$\Rightarrow 10 x(x+1)+1(x+1)=0$
$\Rightarrow(x+1)(10 x+1)=0$
$\Rightarrow x=-1$ or $-\frac{1}{10}$
II. $15 y^{2}+8 y+1=0$
$\Rightarrow 15 y^{2}+5 y+3 y+1=0$
$\Rightarrow 5 y(3 y+1)+1(3 y+1)=0$
$\Rightarrow(5 y+1)(3 y+1)=0$
$\Rightarrow y=-\frac{1}{5}$ or $-\frac{1}{3}$
