Solution: (1) I. $\frac{243+343}{3}=x^{3}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{586}{3}=x^{3}$
II. $7 y^{3}=-30+17 y^{3}$
$\Rightarrow 10 y^{3}=30 \Rightarrow y^{3}=3$
