Solution: (3) Qualified female candidates in university $D$
$=\frac{704 \times 5}{8}=440$
Candidates who donot qualify in university $B$
$=620-576=44$
$\therefore$ Required per cent
$=\frac{44}{440} \times 100=10 \%$
