2 men $=3$ women
1 man + 1 woman $=\left(\frac{3}{2}+1\right)$ women $=\frac{5}{2}$ women
$M_{1} D_{1}=M_{2} D_{2}$
$\Rightarrow 3 \times 4=\frac{5}{2} \times D_{2}$
$\Rightarrow D_{2}=\frac{3 \times 4 \times 2}{5}=\frac{24}{5}$ days
