According to the question,
$(15 \times 6)$ men $+(16 \times 6)$ women $\equiv(12 \times 32)$ women
$\Rightarrow 90$ men +96 women $\equiv 384$ women
$\Rightarrow 90$ women $\equiv(384-96)$ women $=288$ women
$\Rightarrow 10$ men $\equiv 32$ women
$\therefore M_{1} D_{1}=M_{2} D_{2}$
$\Rightarrow 12 \times 32=32 \times D_{2}$
$\Rightarrow D_{2}=\frac{12 \times 32}{32}=12$ days
