Let the number of tickets of each value be $x$.
$ \begin{aligned} & \therefore 55 x+85 x+105 x=2940 \\ & \Rightarrow 245 x=2940 \\ & \Rightarrow x=\frac{2940}{245}=12 \end{aligned} $
