Answer: (1)

Solution: (1)

Profit ratio of A, B and C $=6 \times 12: 11 \times 8: 12 \times 8$

$=9: 11: 12$

Sum of the ratios $=9+11+12=32$

If total annual profit be 32 unit, then

C’s share - B’s share = Rs.720

$\Rightarrow$ (12-9) unit = Rs.720

$\Rightarrow$ 3 unit = Rs.720

$\Rightarrow$ 1 unit = Rs.240

So, total profit = 32 unit = 32 $\times$ 240 = Rs. 7680
