Average of five two digit positive numbers is 38 . The second number is 10 more than the first number and 20 more than the third number. The value of the fourth number is 34 . If the sum of the first number and the last number is 76 , what is the value of the first number?

Suppose, first number $=x$
$\therefore$ Second number $=x+10$
Third number $=x-10$
Fourth number $=34$
Fifth number $=76-x$
According to the question,
$x+x+10+x-10+34+76-x$ $=38 \times 5$
$\Rightarrow 2 x+110=190$
$\Rightarrow 2 x=190-110=80$
$\Rightarrow x=40$
