A started a business with an investment of Rs. 2800 . After some months $B$ joined with investment of Rs. 3600 and 2 months after $B$ joined, $C$ joined with an investment of Rs. 5600. If the A’s and C’s share in annual profit was equal, for how many months did C invest?

Let $C$ invest in the business for $x$ months
$\therefore 5600 \times x=2800 \times 12$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{12}{2}=6$ months
