The pattern is :
$9 \times 1+1^{2}=9+1=10$
$10 \times 3+3^{2}=30+9=39$
$39 \times 5+5^{2}=195+25=220$
$220 \times 7+7^{2}=1540+49$ $=1589$
$1589 \times 9+9^{2}=14301+81$ $=14382$
