It takes Rs. 3159 to plant synthetic grass in a square lawn, $\frac{1}{4}$ of which is paved (and thus does not require grass.) If each side of this lawn measures 18 metre, what is the rate that the gardener charges for planting synthetic grass? (in Rs./sq. metre)

Area of lawn $=(18 \times 18)$ sq. metre $=324$ sq. metre
Area of the lawn on which grass was planted $=\left(\frac{3}{4} \times 324\right)$ sq. metre $=243$ sq. metre
$\therefore$ Rate $=\frac{3159}{243}$ $=$ Rs. 13 per sq. metre
