Solution: (2) I. $6 x^{2}+19 x+15=0$
$\Rightarrow 6 x^{2}+9 x+10 x+15=0$
$\Rightarrow 3 x(2 x+3)+5(2 x+3)=0$
$\Rightarrow(2 x+3)(3 x+5)=0$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{-3}{2}$ or, $\frac{-5}{3}$
II. $3 y^{2}+11 y+10=0$
$\Rightarrow 3 y^{2}+6 y+5 y+10=0$
$\Rightarrow 3 y(y+2)+5(y+2)=0$
$\Rightarrow(3 y+5)(y+2)=0$
$\Rightarrow y=\frac{-5}{3}$ or, -2
Clearly, $x \geq y$
