Answer: (5)
Solution: (5)
Let the price marked by the trader be Rs. $x$.
$\therefore$ S.P. of article $=$ Rs. $\left(x \times \frac{80}{100} \times \frac{110}{100}\right)$ $=\operatorname{Rs} .\left(\frac{44 x}{50}\right)=\operatorname{Rs} \frac{22 x}{25}$
For the retailer,
S.P. $=$ Rs. $\left(\frac{22 x}{25} \times \frac{125}{100}\right)=$ Rs. $\frac{11 x}{10}$
According to the question,
$\frac{11 x}{10}-\frac{22 x}{25}=2046$
$\Rightarrow \frac{55 x-44 x}{50}=2046$
$\Rightarrow 11 x=2046 \times 50$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{2046 \times 50}{11}=$ Rs. 9300
