(1) I Only

(2) II Only

(3) III Only

(4) Any two of the three

(5) None of these

Show Answer

Correct Answer: 68. (4)

Solution: 68. (4) I. Saving

$=100 %-(25+45) %=30 %$

Since Salary is not known,

[By Approximation] savings can’t be calculated.

I & II $25 %=₹ 15000$

$\therefore$ Savings $=30 %$

$=15000 \times \frac{30}{25}=₹ 18000$

I & III. Similar to I & II

II & III $45 %=27000$

$\therefore \quad$ Salary $=100 %$

$=27000 \times \frac{100}{45}=₹ 60,000$

Savings

$=60000-(15000+27000)$

$=₹ 18000$

So, any two of the three are sufficient to determine the answer.
