$=$ Rs. $\left(500000 \times \frac{115}{100} \times \frac{117}{100}\right)$

Expenditure of Airtel in 2015-16
$=$ Rs. $\left(500000 \times \frac{100}{112}\right)$ crores
$=$ Rs. 44,642.8 crores
$\therefore$ Required percentage
$=\left(\frac{672750-446428}{446428}\right) \times 100$
$=\frac{22632200}{446428} \approx 50.7 \%$
