Correct Answer: 403.(1)
SOLUTION: (1) New population in the year 2013:
Town $A \Rightarrow 80000 \times \frac{60}{100} \times 1$
$\frac{120}{100}+80000 \times \frac{40}{100} \times \frac{115}{100}$
$=57600+36800=94400$
Town B $\Rightarrow 75000 \times \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{120}{100}$
$+75000 \times \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{115}{100}$
$=60000+28750=88750$
Required answer
$=94400+88750=183150$
