In the year 2014, the population of town A, town $B$ and town $C$ increased by $10 \%, 12 \%$ and $15 \%$ respectively. The sum of males and females in town A in 2014 is 88000. Male to female ratio in the year 2013 for town B was 2: 1 and male to female ratio for town $C$ in the same year was 1 : 1. In 2013, $60 \%$ were males from town $A$. In the year 2015, population of town A, town B and town C increased by 5\%, $10 \%$ and $20 \%$ respectively, than the previous year.
The population of town $B$ in 2014 is approximately what per cent less than the population of town $C$ in 2015 ?
