Male to female ratio in the year 2013 for town B was 2: 1 and male to female ratio for town $C$ in the same year was 1 : 1 . In 2013, $60 \%$ were males from town $A$. In the year 2015, population of town A, town B and town C increased by 5\%, $10 \%$ and $20 \%$ respectively, than the previous year.
What is the average of total population of town A from year 2013 to 2015 ?
