Solution: (2) Number of shoes sold in October and November :
Shop D $\Rightarrow 173+307=480$
Shop $E \Rightarrow 232+328=560$
$\therefore$ Required per cent
$=\frac{480}{560} \times 100$
$=\frac{600}{7}=85 \frac{5}{7}$
