Answer: (2)

Solution: (2)

Remaining mixture after giving 26 litres of it to the first customer $=(65-26)$ litres $=39$ litres

Quantity of milk $=39 \times \frac{4}{5}$ $=31.2$ litres

Quantity of water $=(39-31.2)$ litres $=7.8$ litres

On adding 7 litres of pure milk

and 4 litres of water,

Quantity of water $=(7.8+4)$ litres $=11.8$ litres

Quantity of resulting mixture $=(39+11)$ litres $=50$ litres

$\therefore$ Required per cent $=\frac{11.8}{50} \times 100=23.6 \%$
